In 1975, my father, Len Amoroso decided to phase out his current business, Glenora School Of Music, and start a new business selling and repairing vacuums. Originally starting off as a Compact sales centre, vacuums shared space with the music school for a couple of years until the demands of the new store forced the closure of the school.
Over the years, he expanded the store in size and products to become one of Edmonton's best vacuum sales and repair outlets. I started helping out in 1986 and officially took over the store in 2005.
Today, I strive to keep Alberta Vacuum Service at the top offering the same friendly, fast service our customers expect, while providing the best quality vacuums available including Airstream, Carpet Pro, Riccar, Simplicity and Hoover as well as Dynovac and Mvac central vacuum systems.
